I am the President & founder of Keenhire.com, a company committed to causing and creating powerful business & leadership teams through recruitment, selection and people development.

I have been in the people business since 1983 and what a wild ride it has been! Who I am today is the result of 24 years of hard work and service in the hr & business communities.

As far as business, I take my development seriously from industry certifications, CPC, CTC, CERS to certifications in practical business management, Sandler sales, employment selection, Trimetrix, Achiever, Merit, DISC, PIAV, Behavioral based interviewing and Organizational development. Additionally I have completed many transformational programs through Landmark Education, including the Seminar Leader program and the Wisdom course. I participated in TEC / Vistage an executive development network, for almost a decade.

I am considered an innovator in the recruiting space for my campaign for the use of selection tools in our field. I am passionate about candidate selection and retention and always have been. For over 19 years I have been utilizing a three pronged hiring approach to make solid placements, that approach led the way in me reaching my goals. For a period of 15 years I billed well over $600k annually on a perm desk in a high volume recruiting role. The 3 pronged selection approach was instrumental in my ability to land several projects that required entire departments be created from scratch. This 3 pronged approach has now been replicated, validated and created into a selection certification program through keenhire.com.

In the spirit of declaration: I intend on being a best selling author by 2010 and in 2012 I intend on creating a spiritual executive retreat center in the coastal wine region of California. My sanctuary will be a place that difference makers come to rejuvenate their mind, body and spirit. Yeee Haaaa !
