Alder Crocker is a partner at SFA, Inc., an integrated brand development and communications company in Connecticut. He has over 16 years of experience marketing corporate, business-to-business and consumer products, and services for a range of domestic and international clients. During his career at several prominent New York-based agencies, Alder launched and repositioned corporate and product brands, products and service for companies including IBM, Sony, BMW Motorcycles, Sherwin-Williams, O-Cedar, the American Gas Association, United Technologies, and ARCO. Currently, he handles strategic brand development and calibration programs for all SFA clients, and oversees creative development, account management and Internet-related communications initiatives for clients including MacDermid, Supply Technologies, Eka Systems, Cobb Theatres, and The Frank Companies, while working on strategic projects for Reader's Digest, Pitney Bowes, Connecticut Community Bank, Centrix Dental and Aloka MRI. Alder also works with private equity companies on marketing forensics due diligence projects during their asset evaluation phase. As a function of his strategic responsibilities, Alder also writes the majority of positioning and value proposition-based copy for his clients. Additional marketing experience covers advertising, direct marketing, interactive, promotions, public relations, sales training, trade shows, new business development. Industry experience includes: software and hardware technologies, entertainment, telecommunications, automotive, consumer and household products, specialty chemicals, utility, electronics, DIY, banking, supply chain management, healthcare.
