Women tend to be in the minority when it comes to careers in science and technology.  The attrition rate for women in these fields is also much higher than for their male colleagues.  How can we attract more women to these fields?  How can we support the women who are currently pursuing science and technology carreer, and promote their continued development and advancement?  I'd like for this to be a place that will allow women to share their experiences and support one another to achieve career goals.  See Full Group Description
