No... The more we share every part of our selves we loose "self". Eroding our privacy and relinquishing what makes us unique.

I personally can't see myself broadcasting my daily life, but I think it would really take off if YouTube did enable live streaming - tons of people out there Twitter about their every move or update their Facebook statuses every few hours. It could start a whole new wave of reality video, another way to keep the online conversation going.

One word: Chaotic. And I don't mean by definition, I mean UPN's reality show on Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. Looking back, did any of us really WANT to watch that? too. much. information.

That would probably really hurt some of the other sites that already enable people to do this like Ustream.tv, Justin.tv, and now Seesmic.com although Seesmic is described more as a "video Twitter". I definitely don't see myself broadcasting, but it can be addicting to watch other streams - of course it all depends on how long the person streaming can keep you interested. It's basically online reality TV, which everyone loves to hate but they find themselves always watching. I found myself on Justin.tv and Seesmic a good amount after I heard about them, but not so much anymore.

I don't think anybody would be interested in a broadcast of an ordinary person's life. However it would make it a lot easier to have independent "tv channels" from all over the world. And that would be interesting.

I could see myself streaming conferences and meetings that I think my co-workers might find interesting.

CARL FRIEDEL Excuse my english! :-) I've got to say, carl friedel, that www.hellophilly.tv has taken on a terrible approach! I can see your trying to create an ideavirus in here, but it´s not going to work! I'm sorry! People don care about whats THE BEST, they care about what is easy to get and easy to use, then if it's free AND THEN what is the best! I could create a new Youtube today (and many people could) and noone would use it, simply because everyone use youtube! Why should they! Also, noone would ever dedicate their "internet-life" to one major service! What you are trying to do here is to connect a bunch of now-existing products into one! I see at least four majors, that you´re trying to take on; Skype, email, youtube and facebook! That´s a heck of a battle! As a costumer, if I have to sit and watch a 20 minutes presentation to understand your product, then Im leaving. Noone wants to give that much time up for something they do not know what is! And when people who havent figured it out, find out it cost money to use it! Then their leaving! Im not trying to be an asshole, but I just dont see it!

There is a service that offers live streaming. Its called helloworld and it uses a MLM strategy to grow its business. www.helloworld.com/friojas They are not doing very well from a wall street stand point, but they are still registering people. If YouTube offers this service for free. It will take helloworld and its affiliates out of biz.
