Windmill farms in Nevada

How come we don't have windmill farms in Nevada?

Is the Gov too busy writing text messages to his "soul mate" to be innovative?

I'm fairly ignorant of how energy works in Nevada, despite having lived here for 12 years... I wonder if there's any incentive for the "Gov" or for anyone else to put in any windmills. The article in fc about the texas tycoon putting them in was all about the money, but it seemed to require some well-developed infrastructure.

Besides most of NV is locked up in government and military land, I imagine. I may be wrong on that, but last time I visited Mercury, seemed like nobody was interested in any windmills...
