My team is working on a on guide to answer the top 20 commonly asked
questions regarding social media, along with some more niche focus
guides. I would love to get some input from the community and any good
links to similar resources.
Examples:
Do you find that professionals are more likely to ask about blogging or more specific sites like Linkedin?
What is RSS?
What is Twitter?
How do I track ROI for social media?
etc, etc.
Any ideas and commentary welcome.
